A Bronx native whose mother immigrated to New York from Puerto Rico as a teenager and whose father was born and raised in Harlem, Mr. Nunez went to Cardinal Spellman High School and then graduated from Boston College in 1981 with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. He earned his law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1985.
In September of 1987 Mr. Nunez joined the firm, and for 28 years his entire focus and practice has been devoted exclusively to the representation of individuals seriously injured from all types of accidents.
Mr. Nunez is an active member of the Bronx County Bar Association, and is also a member of the Puerto Rican Bar Association of New York and the New Rochelle Bar Association. he is fluent in Spanish.
He and his wife Susan currently reside in New Rochelle and have three daughters: Julia, a recent graduate from Yale University; Brenna, a freshman in the Business School at Ohio State University; and Melanie, a High School Senior who will be attending college next fall.
